Dear valued customer [NAME],

Rumors are rampant. So I want you to hear it from the Dolphin's mouth. We have asked our landlord for ADDITIONAL space. They have known that we needed more space for several years now. 

Since Bealls and Hallmark have left the center there is approximately 18,000 sq feet available.  I have no information on how much of that space Publix needs, but my landlord knows that we want whatever is left.

We intend to be here for you for a long time, hopefully much bigger and even better.  Please tell your friends. We really appreciate your shopping here.
